“New” here means the registration date UP-RERA publishes on the register. Every project listed has its own Quietlist page, built from the regulator's own record. Days when our read of the register expanded by hundreds of projects at once are census sweeps, not launches, and are excluded. Nothing here is a launch announcement from a developer: a registration date is not evidence of when marketing began, construction progress or current availability.
