Your account and our reports

Joining is free. You can join with your own name. A business name and logo are optional. Accept these terms and enter the code we email you to start using your account. You must have permission to use any name or logo you give us.

We may pause an account for misuse, false claims or sharing reports unlawfully. We still keep a record of commission already owed.

Payments and commissions do not change our research. Paying for a report does not buy a positive review. Do not say our reports guarantee profits or savings, have official approval, include a site visit, or provide legal certification.

How you earn commission

You earn 20% of the amount we receive for an eligible normal report bought through your link or code. This includes your own normal purchases. Payment-processing fees do not reduce your commission. Reports with your branding do not earn extra commission.

The last valid broker link a buyer uses counts for 30 days. Repeat purchases during that time also count. If the buyer enters a valid broker code before paying, that code wins. Only one broker earns on each order. The broker is fixed when the order is created, before payment.

A full refund removes the commission. A partial refund removes the same share of commission: for example, a half refund removes half. We wait if a refund or payment dispute is still being checked. If a payment dispute is lost, we remove commission on the lost amount.

If we have already paid you, any amount removed is deducted from future commission. We do not take money from your bank account.

Delivery, refunds and sharing

A report with your branding contains the same research at twice the normal price. We email it only to the address you verified, within one working day. The same rules about available projects, required details and report checks still apply. The project page shows which details you must provide before paying. Optional details stay optional.

Not useful to your decision? Reply to the report email to ask for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Reports with your branding have the same delivery and refund promise as normal reports.

You may share or sell your purchased broker-branded report to your clients. Share the complete report, including its source dates, references, limitations and findings. Do not change the evidence or present an old report as a new one. The report is not exclusive to you. Extra research is not included. Normal Quietlist reports remain for personal use under our general terms.

When we pay you

We wait 30 days after report delivery before commission can be paid. We pay once a month. Amounts ready at the start of the month are included in that month’s payment. We aim to send the money by the fifth working day. There is no minimum amount.

First, our team must check your bank details, payment receipts, refunds and payment disputes. If we cannot complete these checks, the affected payment waits.

We show your commission, any tax deducted and the amount sent separately. Our accountant must confirm the tax deduction, even if it is zero. Approval alone does not mean we have paid you. A payment is marked “Paid” only after we record the completed bank transfer and its reference.

Your information

We use your name, city, verified email and optional business name to run your account. We use your saved report name and optional logo on the reports you buy with your branding. We keep your bank details encrypted and use them to pay you.

Giving a phone number is optional. We ask separately before contacting you on WhatsApp. You can turn this off in your account. Signup links record whether you joined through an online campaign or a field visit, and who helped you join.

We use our own cookies—small records saved in the browser—to remember a valid broker link for 30 days and to keep you signed in. Brokers can see order references and commission, not buyers’ emails, private reports or personal requirements. We do not need your client’s email for a branded report.

We keep payment and accounting records where needed to meet our financial obligations. Contact us about closing your account or your rights over your information.
