“New” here means the registration date on the project's own MahaRERA record — a project whose record Quietlist does not yet hold is not listed, because the day it first appears in our read of the register is not the day it registered. Every project listed has its own Quietlist page, built from the regulator's own record. Days when our read of the register expanded by hundreds of projects at once are census sweeps, not launches, and are excluded. Nothing here is a launch announcement from a developer: a registration date is not evidence of when marketing began, construction progress or current availability.
