01 Separate the entrance from the outlook
Morning-side living.
Or a north-east-facing door.
E2506 and E2806 have north-east-facing living rooms, with end bedrooms towards the pool. Their entrance doors face south-west when looking out. Across the passage, homes ending 01 reverse the entrance and living-room directions.
Start with the upper-floor 06 homes for morning-side living and less late-afternoon exposure. If a north-east entrance matters more, compare E3001 or E101. Both have the same 98.21 sq m carpet area, but the top-floor roof and first-floor spa conditions make them different purchases.
