See what the investigation covers ↓Why choose Project 360 over Project X-Ray?
Project X-Ray gives you a concise illustrated review. Project 360 develops the detailed comparisons, named alternatives, document findings and source evidence behind the decision. Choose it when you want to examine the reasoning, not just read the main findings.
Six parts of a better-informed choice
Which unit would we pursue—and why?
Compare usable rooms, furniture fit, direction and floor differences. See named choices and backups where the plans identify them.
What is beside it, below it and in front of it?
Trace nearby towers, access roads, parking and service areas across the plans. Understand the trade-offs a floor plan alone can miss.
What are you committing to beyond the quoted price?
Examine fit-out exclusions, shared facilities, charges and contract terms. Use agreement-price evidence where the records support it.
What needs clearing up before you buy?
Follow sale rights, approvals, loan claims and legal documents. Bring the specific unresolved points to your lawyer.
Do the filed dates and progress tell the same story?
Read the dated progress, extensions and infrastructure commitments together. Separate a promised finish from the work recorded as done.
A choice you can explain to the whole family.
Start with the buying decision, then follow the illustrations, comparisons and sources. Keep the benefits, compromises and open questions together.
The work you skip
The home’s plan, the floor above, the site layout and the sale terms may each hold part of the answer. We read them together, investigate differences and explain what changes your choice.
Tell us “Tower F, three bedrooms, work from home” if that is your situation. Or leave instructions blank for a project-wide investigation.
One detailed illustrated PDF, with the analysis and sources behind the advice.
Go as deep as your decision needs
A longer PDF is not the goal. The extra work should reveal a choice, explain a trade-off or resolve a question that matters to buying.
Compare all three reports →Research is based on available plans and filed documents. Sources and dates stay beside the findings. It does not include a site inspection or replace your lawyer’s checks.
There is no fixed page count. Your project and its evidence determine the depth.
